While his peers were focused on playgrounds, Peter was in the service van with his father. He learned the tricks of floor care and the chemistry of client trust long before he was old enough to drive.
Peter always felt at home in front of a terminal. His love for computers and the art of coding led him to Towson University to build a solid foundation in Computer Science. The goal was clear. He wanted to launch a software startup and graduated with a B.S. and a corporate offer already on the table.
Upon graduation, life shifted. Peter's father broke his elbow, leaving the family business in jeopardy. It was a choice between selling the company or saving the legacy. Peter walked away from the corporate offer to lead Royal Carpet Cleaners.
Running Royal was about more than maintenance. It was about transformation. Peter set out to change how businesses run by providing real solutions for on the job problems.
I went to Towson to build a solid foundation. My goal was always to create a software startup but life demanded a different kind of leadership. After my father broke his elbow upon my graduation I had a corporate offer already lined up. It left me with a choice. I could sell the business or keep it going.
I chose the service business to continue the family legacy. That decision changed how I saw entrepreneurship. I did not just want to run a company. I wanted to change the way we run businesses entirely. Now I want to help you elevate your business to a new standard with systems and with education.
I realized there was always a fundamental problem with software in our industry. Most online booking systems offered terrible customization. They were complex and made it difficult for clients to actually complete the booking process. We saw this as one of the biggest complaints in the service world and we solved it.
Beyond booking we were tired of fragmented ecosystems. Owners were forced to use Go High Level for automation while trying to sync it with a separate CRM and a different platform for business reviews. Asteri unifies this chaos. We integrated automation, reputation management, and high capacity file storage into a single professional environment.
