Bring your customers over first, then everything that belongs to them. The Migration Center shows the order and checks off each step as it finishes.
Export from your current software and upload the file. Guides walk you through the export for Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Workiz, FieldPulse, and Service Fusion, and any other CSV works too.
AI reads a sample of your file and suggests where each column belongs in Asteri, with how sure it is and why.
Phone numbers and emails are formatted, state names are shortened, dates are read, and a full address is split into street, city, state, and ZIP.
Columns that don’t fit a standard field can become custom fields. You choose which ones to keep.
When your file shows which locations belong to one business, they’re grouped under that business, with each location underneath.
Jobs, estimates, invoices, and payments are matched to the customers you already brought over, and payments are linked to their invoices.
Records that are already in Asteri are skipped, not copied twice or overwritten.
Importing invoices and payments records your history. It never charges a card or emails a customer.
Download a row-by-row report showing what was imported, what was skipped, and why.
You approve it
After AI matches your columns, you can change any match. Then the review screen shows how many records will be created and a sample of them, and nothing goes into Asteri until you press Start import.
