What you can do
The calendar, the dispatch board, and the technician’s app all show the same jobs, so nobody works from an old schedule.
Switch between month, week, day, and agenda views. Drag a job to a new day or time, and Asteri checks the new time before it saves.
See every technician’s day side by side. Jobs that still need a time wait in a queue until you drop them on someone’s day.
Asteri suggests who can take a waiting job and when, and shows who is off, on time off, or when you’re closed.
Whenever you move a job, by dragging it or from the job, Asteri asks whether to send the customer the new time by text, email, or both. Or save it without a message.
Pick who gets a “Job rescheduled” alert, such as the assigned technician. It shows in the Asteri app and as a push notification.
Get a suggested schedule for your crews with drive time between stops, jobs that may run late, and expected overtime.
Repeat a job daily, weekly, every 2 weeks, or monthly on the days you pick. End it after a set number of visits or on a date.
Mark company closures and technician time off right on the calendar so nobody gets booked by mistake.
Connect Google Calendar so busy time shows up in Asteri, or import a calendar file to bring existing events in.
When plans change
Drag a job on the calendar or dispatch board, or change its time from the job, and Asteri asks whether the customer should hear about it. Pick text, email, or both, and the new time goes out when you save. When you change it from the job, the people you choose on your team also get an alert on their phones.

How it works
Add each person’s working hours, time off, and your company closures.
Create jobs yourself or let customers book online. Jobs that need a time wait in the dispatch queue.
Drop jobs on the calendar or on a technician’s day. Asteri flags times that are already taken.
Reminders, on-the-way texts, and schedule-change notices go out the way you set them.
Questions
Asteri asks whether to let the customer know, then moves the job and confirms the visit moved. If the new time is already taken, Asteri asks you to pick another time. Changes that need a manager’s approval go to review first.
You decide. Whenever you move a job, by dragging it or from the job, choose to send the new time by text, email, or both, or save it without a message. Appointment reminders and on-the-way texts go out on their own once you turn them on in your customer notification settings.
Their schedule in the Asteri app shows the new time. You can also choose who gets a “Job rescheduled” alert, such as the assigned technician, and it arrives as a push notification on their phone.
Yes, once you turn on on-the-way messages. Customers get a text or email when your team heads out, with a link to a live arrival page that updates as the technician gets closer.
Yes. Repeat a job daily, weekly, every 2 weeks, or monthly on the days you choose. It can run with no end date, stop after a set number of visits, or end on a date, and you can skip dates you don’t need.
