Sign-in and workspace access
Asteri mobile is for existing organizations and invited team members. Business owners create and verify their account on the Asteri website. Team members should ask their workspace owner to confirm their email address, role, and invitation status. Support will never ask for your password or one-time code.
Scheduling and field work
Include the workspace name, job or appointment reference, device model, operating-system version, and the action that did not work. Do not email payment-card details or sensitive customer records.
Calls, messages, and notifications
Include the affected business number, approximate time, direction of the call or message, and whether the app was open or in the background. Redact customer content that is not needed to diagnose the issue.
Location sharing
Eligible technicians can review workspace eligibility, employee consent, operating-system permission, and current tracking state in Settings → Location sharing. Declining location leaves non-location features available.
AI responses
Use Report response directly below an AI answer to send a content-safety report without leaving Asteri. For a product malfunction, contact support and include the AI surface and approximate time without copying unnecessary customer data.
Account deletion and privacy
You can start or cancel personal-account deletion in the app under Settings → Privacy & Data or use the public deletion page from any browser without installing Asteri.
Public resources
Review the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, or request account deletion. Privacy-specific questions can also be sent to privacy@getasteri.com.
For faster help, include the email address used to sign in, your workspace name, device and operating-system version, app version, approximate time of the issue, and a concise description. Never send passwords, verification codes, full card numbers, or private keys.
